Each team member serves a key role in contributing to AMAAD’s success through their experiences.

H.E Eng. Abdullatif AlOthman

Chairman of the Board

Holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan Fellowship Program (1998) and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1979). He has over 35 years of diversified experience in project management, finance, investment and international relations. His remarkable career includes roles such as Governor and Chairman of Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority, various senior leadership positions at Saudi Aramco, and founding chairmanship of the Boards of Directors for: KAUST Investment Company, Saudi Aramco Petroleum Products Trading Company, Aramco Investment Management Company, and SADARA Petrochemical Company.

Furthermore, he is one of founders of the GCC Board of Directors Institute, and currently member of the boards of the following: Banque Saudi Fransi, InvestCorp, Al Olayan Group, King Abdulaziz University Board of Trustees, and Madeena Munawarah Development
