Eng. Abdulrahman I. Al-Warthan, a distinguished professional with over 38 years of experience, has made significant contributions to industrial and mixed-use real estate development. Al-Warthan's expertise includes managing high-value projects with exceptional skills in project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as in operational management. Eng. Al-Warthan earned his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at AMAAD Business Park.
