Our Partners
The essence of AMAAD Business Park was formed through a strong network of partnerships that include the most prominent establishments in the kingdom. These partnerships are the core of AMAAD, each offering unique advantageous values, and the combination of which is what positions the business park as a strategic hub in the region.
King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) was established by Royal Decree on September 23, 1963. A year later, on September 23, 1964, 67 students were the first to register on the campus. Ever since, the number of enrollment has been increasing and surpassed 10,000 students for the 2020 academic year. Located 1.9km from KFUMP's Main Gate and steps away from Gate 2, AMAAD provides easy access to services such as meeting rooms and dining options for students and staff, therefore yielding the F&B and retail tenants of AMAAD a high footfall in a prime location.
The Dhahran Techno Valley Holding Company (DTVC) was established to become a regional center of excellence for capabilities development and the transformation of knowledge into know-how. AMAAD is located 4km from DTVC, forming an innovation cluster where companies can collaborate and thrive in an ecosystem positioned for success, as well as utilize the various amenities in the business park.
